Before you start.
Do I need to code?
No. There is no code on any screen. You fill in a name, pick departments, and write missions in plain words. The person who built Solo Empire has written zero lines of code.
How long does setup take?
Your first company can be live in about ten minutes. Three steps: create the company, install the staff, give the first mission.
How many companies can I run?
Start with one. That is enough for most people. The same price opens room for up to five companies on the same screen, still zero employees. More companies do not mean more places to look, and you do not change plans.
Which languages can the staff work in?
Eighteen. The same set as in the product language picker: English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, Nederlands, Svenska, Dansk, Norsk, Suomi, Polski, Čeština, Tiếng Việt, and العربية. You pick the language for the work; you still approve what goes out in owner review.
Do I need to hire anyone?
No. That is the point. Each department is an agent you install, not a person you pay. You are not hiring people for those department seats. Subscription cost is separate and shown before you pay.
Do the agents send things out on their own?
Only what you allow. By default the work stops at your owner review. You approve it, or you send it back with one note. You stay the owner.
Who can see my data?
You decide. Each company keeps its own data, and you choose what each department can see. Nothing leaves a company unless you approve it in your owner review. You can export your work or delete a company at any time, and deleting a company removes its data.
Interim policy while hosting is finalized: traffic uses HTTPS; data is separated per company account; access is limited to your login; we do not sell your company data. Exact region, encryption at rest vendor, and retention days will be published in the account Terms when the host is chosen.
